At codingplan.ai, your privacy and code security are our highest priority. We believe that what you build is yours.

1. Zero Data Retention Architecture

Our infrastructure is built around a strict Zero Data Retention policy. This means:

  • We do not store your prompts, input code, or generated outputs on our servers.
  • Requests are processed in real-time and memory buffers are cleared immediately after the response is transmitted back to you.
  • We do not use your code or private data to fine-tune, train, or improve any machine learning models.
  • Our backend database only holds essential account configuration (e.g., email, active subscription status, and billing metrics), completely separated from the AI routing plane.

2. Information We Collect

To provide the Service, we collect minimal information:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and basic profile information necessary for authentication.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by our payment providers (e.g., Polar or Stripe). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
  • Operational Telemetry: Anonymized metrics such as API request counts, token counts, and latency to monitor system health and enforce concurrency limits. No content from your requests is included in telemetry.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage mechanisms to keep you logged in and to store layout preferences locally on your device. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

4. Data Security and Server Locations

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all traffic in transit. Since our core API nodes do not persist your data, your proprietary code remains secure and ephemeral.

We operate out of South Carolina, but our server infrastructure is distributed globally to ensure low latency and high availability. Your requests may be processed by servers located anywhere from Virginia to Singapore. Although data may traverse international borders for real-time processing, it remains subject to our strict Zero Data Retention policy and is never persisted across any of these geographical locations.
